Stella Valani – Ntolopoulou was born in 1975 in Thessaloniki and is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She’s a public defender of the Supreme Court.
Throughout her studies she worked as a volunteer in a law firm where she completed her internship. Since 1999 she has been practicing law throughout the Greek Territory with her office at 25 Ermou Street, Thessaloniki.
She stood for election in 2015 and as a politician she was actively involved in issues of vulnerable social groups with strong philanthropic work with a particular interest in sustainability and renewable energy.
She was Vice President of the Public Water Company for 3 years where she took numerous actions to defend the interests of the company and to promote its corporate purpose and the general improvement of its operation and development.

She has served as Deputy Chairwoman of the Friendly Settlement Committee of the Metropolitan Unit of Thessaloniki, and has participated in the 14ο Multistakeholder Conference on Innovation and Development as a speaker. She also served as Deputy Chairwoman of the Friendly Settlement Committee of the Metropolitan Unit of Thessaloniki of the Region of Central Macedonia.
She is a consultant to various companies in Greece and abroad and a member of various associations with charitable activities.
Especially since 2013, she has been the exclusive legal advisor and partner of various groups of companies from Israel with a main focus on the development of real estate/landmarks mainly in Thessaloniki and Chania.

She has a professional level of English and French.
